Will it cool the cabin on a 90 degree day?

I have a R23 and a rule of thumb I use is I can cool down the cabin down 10 degrees if I don't block the windows. I would suggest you could get the temp down to 80 which I have done underway.
If I block the windows to prevent sun from coming in can reduce cabin temps around 15 degrees during the day.
