R23 OB Prop Upgrade?

The PowerTech OFS3R12 (OFS, 3 blade, 15.25" diameter, 12 pitch) I've heard works well on the R23.

I tried the OFS 3 blade, 12 - hole shot was greatly improved but RPMs max out quickly to 6,100 and max speed 25 mph. Was like driving in first gear all the time. Not a viable prop for me.
I exchanged for an OFS 4 blade, 12 - Hole shot ok, midrange plane much much improved over my original 15 pitch Reliance. However, RPMs are in the low 5,000 zone at max throttle. Best performance on cooler, low humidity days, with speeds up to 29 MPH. If an OFS 4, 11 existed I would love to try that.
Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to try out the factory 14 inch prop, so I can’t compare to that.
