This may be a stupid question, but how do you turn off the refrigerator in the R23 when the shore power is on? I had assumed it would be a switch on the panel, but it is not. My wife and I turned the temperature control to zero inside the refrigerator, but want to cut power while not using it. Do I need to pull the fuse to do that?

As far as I know pulling the fuse is the only way. I personally find this troublesome as I don't want the fridge on all of the time. One of these days I will tackle wiring it to one of the spare breakers but at this point I don't know if that is feasible.

Most of the time we don't want the fridge on when day cruising so it is a waste.

Hi tjiann,
The OFF position is reached by turning hard counterclockwise past the click. The reference point is shown with at indicator sticker beside the knob.

on my 25 classic it is on the breaker panel

Thanks!

The refrigerator has its own switch inside. Simply turn the thermostat all the way to the off position. You’ll know it’s off when it clicks into position.

Wow, this winter off season is a pretty handy thing ;-) I am sorting out all of the issues that we faced this summer but I was too busy cruising to figure out!

Thanks Andrew, and Merry Christmas.
