We proudly have a '17 25SC in the driveway. (too wet to drag it in the barn).. We need hints and thought about how to organize the galley. Any thought/pics/beers would be appreciated...

First congrats on the new boat, I'm sure you will love it.
We have something similar to this http://www.defender.com/product3.jsp?pa ... &id=101154
mounted on the bulkhead to the right of the stove. Camco adjustable refrigerator bar holds small items on the shelf behind the sink. Plastic containers in the cuboards can organize food and utensils. Nesting cooking pots are great as well, you can find them on the defender site. Spring loaded curtain rods hold paper goods on the port and starboard shelves as you enter the cabin door. Cargo net on port bulkhead under the table holds anything you can put in it.
Captains seat flipped over and resting on top of the steering wheel makes a shelf for just about anything when on the hook or dockside.
We don't use the cave cushion, we have an under bed plastic container that is on wheels, we store things that don't get used often in that.
3 drawer plastic unit in the cave entrance can hold food or clothing.
You will figure it all out, when in home good stores think about how something could be used on the boat.
Have Fun!!

Lots and lots of examples on this site. Search for "interior", "storage", "galley", or "modifications" and you'll get lots of hits.
