R25 OB cockpit electric grill outlet?

Hi all,

Does anyone have any pictures of the R25 OB cockpit electric grill outlet? I didn't get the grill but would like an AC outlet in the cockpit. I see on my AC panel there is a switch for it, is that wires to terminated wires in the transom area? Or is it just an unwired breaker? Thanks.

I don’t have a picture handy, but are you asking where the AC outlet is? It is in the locker that is right underneath where the grill would go, in the aft port corner of the cockpit. The outlet is mounted in the top outboard side inside that cubby. I don’t know if the factory installs it if you don’t get the grill, but that’s where it is if the grill is there. You’ll have to stick your head into the cubby to see it.

Now, whether it is wired over there or not if you didn’t get the grill, I don’t know. I’m certain the factory could answer. However, what I can say is that much of the wiring in the boat is done using bundles of pre-cut wire harnesses, so it may be that there are wires there, but they are terminated somewhere, and if so, I suspect it would be either right there, or in the port side battery compartment. I’d suggest looking at the manual, but I just did, and it doesn’t show the wiring schematic downstream of the inverter, so it’s not helpful for this.
