R25 Thruster controller not turning on

Both thrusters were working well last week. But today the joystick controller would not turn on (pressing both ON buttons). Battery power switch is on, fuses are good and there is 12v to the terminals on the thrusters. Both thrusters are dry.
 
I would check the fuses first. I had the same symptom earlier this year. You would need the Sidepower fuse. The ANL fuse is specific, substitutes won't fit well.
