R25OB Propane Options

Hypothetically, if one wanted to install a propane cooktop on an R25OB to replace the alcohol/electric stove, does anyone have any clever ideas about where to locate a (safe, vented, secure, outside the cabin) small propane tank storage solution? I'm willing to admit that it's possible there are no good options.

I would love to hear a better option. Best I could come up with is a single burner propane cooktop that uses the portable bottles. I bought a collection of the refillable 1 pound bottles and we use them for the grill and the cooktop when away from a dock. Not ideal, but we do keep the boat well ventilated when using it.
