R25OB towing truck

We’ve used our 2011 GMC 2500 Duramax 4x4 for towing our our R27 for 7 years and our R29S for 3 years and it’s worked great. We have a R25OB on order and obviously the truck can tow this boat without any problem. My question is this….what truck do others use for trailering an R25OB long distances, Over the mountains, etc.?

We have a 2021 RAM 2500 Cummins diesel. We ordered the truck with air suspension, trailer blind spot monitoring, trailer tire pressure monitoring, and prewire for trailer camera. Sum total it works and tows the 25OB with no problems. Although it's pricey, I also recommend the Shocker air hitch. It definitely smooths out the tow.

I have a 2006 Chevy Duramax K3500 for my tow vehicle.
I swapped the pu bed for a service body for when we had a pu camper.
I haul our 28 ft fifth wheel as well.
