Thanks to Kenny and Jared at the factory, we have new info regarding where the bilge end of the bilge alarm wires might be.

For those not following all the threads, some boats have the wiring for the bilge alarm. The hot and ground, along with the sensor wires, are bundled up and tucked away under the throttle.

Apparently the other end of the sensor wires are bundled with the forward bilge pump wiring. They are routed above the gas tank, and possibly over into the compartment with the water heater. I haven't had a chance to trace this down, but I've seen photos of where it comes through the bulkhead under the door and above the fuel tank.

Found them! Many thanks for your and the factory’s efforts.

On mine the wires are just poking out the cable port over the center of the fuel tank. I pulled them into the quarter berth fuse box compartment to work with. Needs more wire length to make it to a sensor in the stern/ under the generator unless I’m missing something about the install location.

You got to them before I did. I'll look tomorrow. Shame they cut them off, but apparently some are cut and some aren't. If mine are cut off at same location, then yes, will need to crimp on more wire (16ga?). To reach to a point near the forward bilge pump. Sensor should be located above it's start level.

Finished the install! (Yes, 16awg throughout.) I wound up zip tying the sensor on top of the fwd bilge pump.

As for the dash, rather than cut a new hole I popped the SPX switch and piezo out of the assembly, put the switch where the unused "ACCY" switch was, and connected the piezo from behind, in the compartment behind the mirror. It is still plenty loud, and it looks really clean.

For those who may attempt this, assume NG you have the wiring like some, here's the short version. The "dash end " of the wiring is tucked up under the VHF radio. Yellow, white w brown stripe, white with black stripe, brown with white stripe. Power is via the white/ black wire and yellow. The other two should be labeled sensor. The aft end of the sensor wires can be found by looking behind the velcroed wood panel that covers the fuse blocks back in the cave. Look to the right and there's a bundle of colored wires which lead back into the bilge. The sensor wires can be found by searching this bundle for the correct colors. If you pull on the right wires, the cut end going toward the bilge will come out of the bundle. Maybe a foot of wire. These can be extended and pulled into the bilge to locate the sensor above the forward bilge pump.
