Sweet Pea's grown up!
When Steve Zedekar learned we traded in our R25-SC at the rendezvous, he gave Paul a bear hug and said, "it will be spiritual." He was prophetic. The R27 outboard is a completely different cruising experience. We enjoyed the heck out of our R25 for ten years and were wistful to let her go. (Ivan and Kenny had to pry Paul's hands off her so Andrew could take her away.)
After an outstanding two days of training, memories and laughs with the Ranger Tug gang at Des Moines Marina, Sweet Pea is back safe at home. Thanks again to Ivan and Tim for their outstanding training and Aaron and Connor for finishing her out so well.
We look forward to this next cruising season.
