Hey all, yesterday I flushed the toilet with it suddenly stopped. First time underway in a month and it was just a “liquid flush”. Reached my destination and checked the fuses, toilet fuse blown. I replaced the fuse and the moment I hit the button, blown fuse (no macerator noise). My boat is a 2012 R27. Any suggestions would be welcomed

It feels like this is an electrical problem. I just don’t know where to look. The macerator pump looks good and the motor is spinning freely.

The macerator windings could have failed and the pump would still spin. To test that disconnect the pump from any other wiring and test the resistance across the two wires going into the motor. It should read something higher than zero ohms, I would guess something between 0.5Ω to 1.0Ω.
If it shows zero then the motor is most likely the problem, if it's normal then it could be a fault in wiring somewhere else.
That said, I have had motors ohm out good but still have a fault. But it is still a good test to start with.
