I just finished crawling around an LE and have some questions regarding access to the A/C filter.
The return grill and filter are in the cave, under the helm. I couldn't find any screws, or other way to pop off the grill and access the filter. And, it appeared that the grill is mounted in a plywood? Fuzzy nylon? Covered panel. I'm guessing there are some screws hidden in the fur that allow you to remove the plywood and access the filter? Just couldn't find them.
Has anyone tried modifying to move the grill/filter to the sidewall of the dinette? For easier access.
