r27ob - leaking from anchor locker to V berth

Some rust stains, port side, down from the deck. Haven't pulled stuff out to get in there with mirrors and camera to see, but is this common ? Sealant ? or some deeper, more complicated fix ?

The leaking into the V berth may have to do with a drain hose fitting that has come loose or come off. To find out you’ll need to see where the locker drain hole is and determine in the cabin what trim to take apart, cushions to remove in order to expose the drain hose to see if indeed this is the problem. The hose could also be clogged up and therefore water backs up and leaks. Let us know what you find.
