R29 Dry Stoarage Hight Question

Trying to find a dry storage location for our 2013 R-29... can anyone tell me the height of the boat from the bottom of the keel to the highest point with the mast stowed? Thank you!

Bridge height is 9'10" with mast down. Add draft of 28" and you should have your number. 12'2" is my guess. I know the keel is close to pavement on trailer, and the factory web page list 13'2" on trailer, leaving about 12" ground clearance.
 
When I measured mine on the timbers I got 12 ft 2in and if you are close, you can pick up a few inches if you open up the smoke stack and leave it in the open position.
