R29 Windshield Wiper

One of my three windshield wipers on my 27 month old R29S has slowed down, and is operating at about 1/2 of its earlier speed. I lubricated the linkage and removed the speaker and panel to expose the motor and see if there was obvious water intrusion or corrosion. None was evident. In my effort to diagnose this problem, I went to the manufacturer’s (Roca) website. To my surprise, I saw that the motor I believe is installed operates at two speeds. However, even though the switch is a two way toggle, all three of my wipers operate at only one speed. I recall questioning this during my new owner orientation/training and Ranger tech told me that they operate at one speed only.

So my questions. (1) any suggestions on how to fix my one slow wiper? (2) do other 2020 R29 boats have two speed wipers? (3) any success working with Roca? I could not find warranty information, but if >2 years maybe still under warranty.

As a data point, my 2021 r29 has two speeds for the wipers.
 
FYI... My 2019 R29 CB has 2-speed wipers.
