We have a new propane locker to install on our 2012 R29C. What is it's core and is there any special precautions we need to take to through bolt it to the platform?

Hello,

There are some small portions of wood where davits might have gone but mostly nida core. Just use a good amount of sealant around the bolts and you will not have any issues.
