Hi Pieros, I am sure others will chime in. I have a 2016 and I don't think there have many changes to the 2018 from ours.
The most significant changes for 2016 and later models are the addition of the hardtop over the cockpit and the additional seating on the flybridge for an additional 4 people and a table up there. I also believe in 2016 Garmin came out with a new series of electronics called the 7600 series. I believe wifi is built in to these I think it was an option prior to that.
