For Garmin radomes, IIRC, there is an installation manual but not a user's manual (separate from the plotter). There are some good how-to videos that Garmin has on their website/YouTube that apply to marine radar generally.

David Burch's book Radar for Mariners is excellent, https://www.starpath.com/radarbook/, and is pretty much the standard book on radar. Not specific to Garmin, however. For that, I guess YouTube tutorials may be best.
