Radar mast platform extension

Where can I get an extension like the one in this picture that the radome is mounted on?

Or what kind of plastic is it? I'm handy enough that I could craft something if I could get a slab of the right stuff.

looks like King Starboard...West sells it in small project size sheets use 3/4 inch it has a tendency to doop a bit over time.
Personally I'd go to local countertop maker and get a free scrap of white corian ...it's much more rigid and just as weather proof

The factory at Ranger Tugs makes these using King Starboard to fit the mast. Contact Andrew Custis directly. You would need to drill mounting holes for the radar scanner and also to mount the board to the mast itself.
