I do not know anything about blisters, but here is a photo of our pre EC model which we kept in a sling lift. Use a profile drawing of your boat and plan your lift points.

Blistering should not be a problem with the R21EC. The hulls are constructed with vinylester (sp?) resin. Resists moisture. My tug was in the water two years without a sign of blistering.
