Could someone advise of any business etc where you can obtain tanger tug decals, shirts jackets etc

You can upload the Ranger Tugs insignia (or anything else) to http://www.customink.com and they will print it on the clothing they offer. I've used them previously and have been satisfied with cost and quality.
