I have three different bilge pumps on my R23. Two under the center hatch of the cockpit and one located inside the swim platform/transom area. I pulled the two fuses labeled "bilge" from the panel located down inside the mid-birth/storage area and I have also turned of the House Power, but the third bilge pump still cycles every few minutes. Should I turn off the battery switches also? Is there another fuse I missed. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Pull both 30 amp fuses behind your helm - accessed through your head.
That cuts power to a 8-port block with all of your pumps on it.

FYI:
Download the R-23 owners manual from this site.
You can find a link on the homepage.
Print out the wiring diagrams from it, laminate them and place somewhere on your boat.
You'll be happy you did! 😀

I have already downloaded it and was planning on adding to the binder I will keep on the boat with all the important papers. Having an additional laminated or document protected version of the wiring diagram isn't a bad idea either. Thank you.
