Ranger Tug 21ec windshield wiper

One of my windshield wipers works fine but the sweep only covers half the windshield. Is there an adjustment for it? I thought repositioning the wiper on the shaft would solve the problem but I can't figure out how to remove the wiper arm to do that. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

On mine there are Allen screws that hold the wiper on the shaft. Again, on mine, there is a flip up cap to expose the Allen screw.

Do a search on here for 21EC wiper adjustment. It may be of some use to you. I tried to link it but couldn’t.
