This has been a hard secret to keep for a long time but I think many are well aware that we have been working on a project for a new Ranger tug. Well, the time has come and we didn't hold back. A brand new Ranger Tug 41 has hit the water! The boat is 45' overall with a 14' beam. Twin Volvo IPS 400's standard with a washer / dryer, diesel heating, air conditioning, 9000KW Generator, two staterooms, an abundance of storage and some of the most innovative features you will find! Bruce will be assisting with posting some photos for you to see and more information about the boat will be released very soon. If you have any questions about the boat, I would like to ask that you email me directly and I will be happy to share more information. I can be reached at andrewcustis@rangertugs.com.

Happy boating!

That is exciting news Andrew! Do you (or the new owners) mind sharing where the new R41 will be cruising so we can keep an eye out for it?

Woweeee. :) Waiting for the photos, and of course the pricing. ;)

Here are a few early shots of the just-splashed R-41. You can find more, with captions in the Album: R-41 Hull #1.

Thank you Bruce..... Niceee. :)

Hmmm.... blinds vs. curtains, right ?

Seems the Photo Album shows the R41 at Roche, right ?

Helm door has returned... :)

Is that a swing-pivoted double seat at the transom ?

You can't have too many windows/portholes.... ;)

At long last the reveal!!
Thank you for sharing. I know that this boat already has a line up of purchasers and you are behind on production before hull #1 hit the water, so again thank you for sharing as I know you do not need to push for sales.
It would be nice when time permits to see a list of all the specs and a layout.
Congratulations on the first Ranger R41 !!

Congrats to Ranger - that is an impressive looking vessel!

I'm thinking $600K+ options. Sticker

Simply amazing! Very nice! Congrats to Ranger Tug!

That boat looks fantastic and appears to be the perfect sized move up from our R29. Just a few more years and we’re in. I’m glad the helm door has returned and I love the innovative features in that same appealing exterior visual. And the bed is finally the right size too! Congratulations RT on not giving up the 32+ market to Nordic Tugs any longer! Love the twin Volvo’s with joystick too. Looks like you guys have a winner in my book. I showed it to my wife and she said “look, our next boat”. We’ve has an RY25, then this RT29 and she never said that before. Congratulations! We can move up for more extended Puget Sound cruising, stay within this great brand, and keep the awesome customer service of Ranger Tugs- with the great Tugnuts forum. Am I dreaming?

I've been waiting to see the pictures of this new boat and look forward to seeing it in person. It's been about 2 1/2 yrs since passing Chessie (2010 R-29 Classic) to her new owner- so we can be patient until one arrives on east coast. In the meantime, we have an older 46 Grand Banks we're enjoying in the lower Chesapeake Bay.
Congrats on the new boat!

Wow, all I can say is "WOW">
You guys really do make smart boats!

Hi Andrew, will the new 41 be at any of the east coast boat shows this fall and when will it show up on the R/T website?

Tim
Gratitude

Hey there Tim.

As we sit now, I don’t see any making it to the east coast shows anytime soon. Definitely in the years to come!

Pretty boat the new Bigg RT, I saw it at Roche harbor on the 4th. She looks great on the water. Has the very same lines outside ax the rest of the RT newer models.

Ernie: Was wondering about the 'lines' look. Good to know..... So I was correct in my earlier post about the R-41 being at Roche. :) Did you happen to board the R-41 by chance ?

Any more info or pictures , prices. Of this Beautiful Boat,Lately?
