Ranger Tug Rendezvous 09: More Pictures

Since arriving home late Tuesday afternoon, we've got our land legs back but the wonderful memories of our gathering are still bobbing around in our heads. I was so dazed by all the boats, and all of you who came, I didn't take nearly as many pictures as I intended.

Bruce/Vicky, the slide show was wonderful....fantastic photograpghy.
Kim and I returned home finally today to Gibsons after 12 solid days on the boat, 10 different ports of call and more than 500 miles logged !
The best part was that the boat ran great the entire trip.
We crossed the 24 mile crossing of Georgia Strait this morning in 3 to 4 foot seas however the boat had no problem.

Wow! You could go into business with that camera and your talent. We would like to get some Hd shots from you. What does DM stand for? I'm not the sharpest knive in the drawer. Guess I need a step by step. 😳

Sorry about the "DM" - I get my social media acronyms confused. I should have said "PM" which, on TugNuts, is a Private Message. Just click on a username to see View (user's) Profile and select: "Send private message" in the contact panel.

Let me know and I'll send them out to you right away.

"DM", in some other social media venues, stands for Direct Message. Guess my edge needs sharpening, too.

I got a few requests for a downloadable slideshow, so I added a few more pictures, a title screen, and some music. You can download the file (67Mb) here: http://tr.im/rendezslideshow

It's a MPEG4 video file (.m4v) which can be played with iTunes or Quicktime (built into Mac, and available free for PC). The file will expire on Oct 6.

Don't have any to share, but got the Group shot and the individual today! They look awesome. Very worthwhile. Not sure of the group foto we ordered, but it has the Turner Joy in the background....Just another thank you to John & Laurie for starting this mess and for Dave & Maureen getting it organized...What fun, what fun!
