It was either last Friday the 8th or sometime this past weekend, while looking out into Sinclair Inlet I spotted a Ranger Tug with a Claret Red hull motoring happily past the Manette Bridge into Sinclair Inlet, heading either toward the Bremerton Marina or one of the slips in Port Orchard. She had a cockpit hardtop and a bow burgee (couldn't quite make out what was on it though).
