Could you say what happens?
FWIW a common problem is carbon etc buildup in the propane nozzle. Remove the burner, find the tiny hole for the gas outlet, and gently clean it with a fine wire ... and if I recall correctly, a small bit of running alcohol (taken care not to break the wire off!) That happened to us a couple of times and fired right back up after cleaning.
