This is for reference for anyone else wondering how to wire the tug for trailering , if the factory didn't wire your trailer for you . Once I purchase the connector and wire it , I will post completion photos .
I purchased my trailer from EZloader about 7 years after the boat was manufactured. The owners I purchased my 25 from didn't have a trailer .
When the trailer was shipped to me , I noticed they didn't put the prewire in for the flat 5 connector that connects to the tug.
Below pic is the prewire from the Tugs anchor locker:
I will need to purchase a flat 5 connector and splice it to the harness . As you can see the flat 5 from the tug matches the colors and what they do from the diagram.
Below is a pic of the general wire codes for trailer wireing .
