I was planning on attending the Seattle boat show to specifically see the new 31. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend. Has anyone been there and actually see the 31 in the flesh?

I would like to hear some opinions about the boat.

Thanks,
jeff

Jeff,
You can see pictures on our website at:

As evidenced by the crowds in the Ranger display, a LOT of people have seen it.

An opinion: nice!

We put a few photos and comments on our web page about the new boat, www.bioaquatics.com/hokukai. We show some of the details of the R31, not too easy to get photos with the huge crowds she was attracting! Another beautiful Ranger Tug.

Looks like the port hole in the mid head is for the exhibitionists, unless the lid covers it when raised....grins.

Check out the slide show Michael , our talented web guy at Captain's Designs did for us . Great music [Steve Vai] and a "Cradle to Boatshow" point of view . We will have it on U tube as well . Enjoy , and see you in Miami !

That is a B I G boat on the trailer!!!

I would like to thank Karma and others that had posted pictures of the new 31 Ranger Tug. I was intrigued by the 29 and now even more intrigued by the 31. My next step is to get to Seattle and visit the factory and actually see the 31 being built.

Am I correct in assuming that there is another Ranger Tug on the drawing boards? If so, I hope it is out very soon.

Thanks again,

Jeff

I had a chance to talk with Dave Livingston at the Monroe Plant two weeks ago. I asked if there was another Boat on the drawing board and he said there was. I had to laugh, as he had just debut the R-31, and he was already working on his next.

With just getting the R-31 rolling, I would think the next one would not be out for a couple of years. I thought it was interesting because 'Dave was at the factory making refinements on the R-31 already! And, that was only hull #2!
