My helm chair is starting to flake like dandruff any suggestions on someone in the Anacortes-LaConner area that can replace the upholstery on the chair?

I used Churchill brothers this winter in anacortes. Work was ok. There is so much demand for upholstery at the moment you are likely looking at a 6 month wait time.

If it’s just the helm seat that needs reupholstery, why not just remove it from the boat and take the seat to an upholstery shop. We had an auto upholstery shop that also did boats and airplanes do ours. He used all marine grade materials. Even with other shops busy, the new seat was back in the boat in three weeks.

Sorry for the distortion in the photo. In reality it was 1” taller than the original due to the much stronger hinges we used in the reupholstered seat.

I removed the seats myself and took it to Churchill’s.
