Have noticed mold growing between where the two cushions meet. The problem is that the seat cushions sit in a fully enclosed fiberglass tray with no ventilation. Has anyone found a solution ? Drill holes...

I have not noticed this as of yet. Mind you.... my R29 CB is but 5 months old. I'll keep an eye open for this issue so thanks for the heads-up notice. 🙂

Yes, water ponds there. I drilled two holes. All is good now.

Exact solution I was thinking of . Great thanks!

I have noticed that keeping the covers on greatly reduces mold issue as well.

With my full cockpit enclosure I doubt that this will be a problem for me. No matter, when the enclosure is off & stowed I will pay attention to this issue. Thanks. 🙂

The problem with the ponding on mine was exacerbated by the back cushion sitting down all the way in the fiberglass bottom case. Had it been shorter, the water in the case would drain before the cushion height was reached.
