Is the small plastic latch that holds the real cockpit gate open against the stern seat box available as a replacement part from the factory.
Or is the supplier name available. Have searched most marine stores. Can’t find similar.
Original worked well but sun finally degraded it an small lip broke.
Boat is a 2013 Ranger 27.

Oh no!

I ordered mine on July 27 and it arrived two days later on the July 29th.

Bart, I just followed the link in the post right above yours by rackline and Amazon says they have six left in stock. (No, I didn’t buy one, but I did purchase one a few weeks ago. I agree they are hard to find.)

I just installed a new latch on the stern gate (R25sc). It is identical to the latch on the cabin door. I got it from Boat Outfitters for $37.83. https://www.boatoutfitters.com/064-3045 ... -catch-2-5

The OEM and a subsequent plastic latches both broke. I think this one will survive.
