Refrigerator ventilation

I have a 2012 R-25sc. As would be expected, the refrigerator is struggling in the increasing summer heat. As I look at the placement and installation I wonder how cooling air is circulated. Any insight would be appreciated.

This is what's behind the fridge of a 2011 R27. Likely very similar.
Through those holes is access to the side of the hull and more wiring that you'd imagine.
