Hey Stuart - it's easy. Our site doesn't actually host video like it does pictures. They have to be on YouTube, and the site provides a viewing window inside your post.

Step one: post your video to YouTube - it's free and they make it pretty simple (or find one that's already there).

Step two: grab the URL (web page address) for the video and copy it

Step three: start a new post

Step four: click on the youtube button (upper right)

Step five: paste the URL in between the brackets (where the cursor is blinking)

Step six: preview - if looks right, go to seven, if not, check the address again, repeat

Step seven: Submit
