Remote for side thrusters not working

I have a 2014 c30s. A remote for the side power thrusters came with the boat. I have put new batteries in it but it still doesn’t work. The thruster work fine at the helm. What am I missing? Where is the receiver for the remote?

AZtoVA,

On my 2014 R31S, there is a toggle switch to the right of the helm, labeled: "Thruster Remote". That toggle has to be ON for the thruster remote control to work. I suspect your C30 has some similar toggle switch somewhere in the boat.

On my 2013 C28 I have to turn on the first Accessary switch to the right of the helm for my thruster remote to work. I labeled it appropriately.
