Remove cockpit bench cushions, how?

Hi, the cockpit bench cushions (seat and back) on my C26 need to be removed. Are they glued on or attached in another way? Not quite sure how to go about removing them. Any suggestions? Thanks.
 
The back cushion just slides out. The bottom cushion is screwed into the fiberglass aft seat.The fiberglass seat is removed by removing the 3/8 bolts on each side. Access the bolts after removing the seat back cushion.
