remove swim platform for R21EC

Need to remove swim platform for ship the boat back to Hawaii. Shipping company counting every inches of length overall.. If I can remove swim platform almost can save me $1K . Can someone please tell me how to do it and it's easy to put back on? I have a 2013 model.

I think you will need a second person to help remove the swim step and brackets which are bolted
through the transom. When doing the reassembly just reverse the process. Use the proper bedding
compound. Ranger tugs can give you the brand name of the compound. I would tape over the holes
for the transit.

All of the swim step bolts are through bolted. You'll also need to move the fuel tank forward to access the lower bolts.
