For then anode, take out the bolt with the right-sized allen wrench and then use the allen wrench, stick it in the hole in the anode for the bolt, and use the wrench to leverage off the anode (they often get stuck and this is an easy way to get them off).
For the prop, I use a large screwdriver and slip the handle between the prop blades, rotate the blade until the handle hits the hub, and then take off the bolt that holds the prop in place. I've always been able to pull the prop off by hand, but tapping the prop from behind, as Brian recommends, would help get it off if it gets stuck.
I grease the shaft as well prior to re-installation and paint the props with anti-fouling paint (I do this every spring).
