repair water damaged teak

the galley window in my 2012 r25sc has leaked over the winter and there is a grey damaged area bottom left below the window (about 3 inches by 3 inches) how do i best repair this damage?

I'm no expert,but I have just done the teak on mine.i first scrubbed it with a dab of dish washing liquid and and a drop of bleach,rinsed it clean, let it dry 24 hrs,then applied teak oil over and over about 3 times.now it looks like fine furniture.on the interior I use pledge orange something or other?.???
