Replace door or microwave

We had a mishap with our microwave. We accidentally shattered the door. My question is should I replace the whole thing, or just order a new door for it? Next question is does anyone off hand know the make and model of the microwave? I'm not near the boat right now. We have a 2014 R25SC. Thanks in advance.

not sure if this helps, but I banged the door to our small, 0.8 cu ft microwave at home recently, and ended up just ordering a new microwave.

turns out the model we had has been superseded by an upgraded model.

How much do you use the Microwave? I thought about taking mine out and replacing it with storage. You can buy the doors that look just like the doors in there and build a cabinet inside. I have never used the microwave even once. But, the Admiral told me NO, so that takes care of that idea. Just a thought.

I would think replacing the whole microwave has to probably cost the same as a door .. You only need to find similar size . That way probably faster then waiting on a door to come from China.. But first as mentioned check with the factory.. They are very helpful

We have a 2015 R25SC that was manufactured in March - April of 2015. The factory installed microwave is a Franklin Chef Model FR787S. It is a .7 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave. Rated Input Power is 1050 W. Rated Output Power is 700 W.
External dimensions (LxWxH) are 17.3" x 13" x 10.2". Approx Weight is 22.5 lbs.

We use ours quite a bit. Used the gas oven once. It makes for good storage though.
