replace propane tanks

Hi! My propane tanks are corroded and need replacing on my 2015 Cutwater 28 (two, 5 lb.) I don't see them on the parts list; how can I order a new pair? Can I order them myself from "Manchester"?

BTW, I would be glad to upgrade to fiberglass or aluminum, but I gather from my reesarch on this forum that there are no such tanks available that would fit into the transom box. Any suggestions?

I would call Fisheries Supply in Seattle... I vaguely remember non-metallic propane tanks for marine use. They could tell you what available sizes they offer... no rust! (800.426.6930)

You might also try Sure Marine in Seattle. As I ecall, they have an extensive selection of aluminum tanks.
