replacement shower hose for head

Hi,

I seem to be stymied finding the right shower hose replacement for the head of my Cutwater 28. It seems to have the typical shower head fitting on the faucet side. It seems to need a male 3/8" (or something) on the connection side. The one I bought from Ambassador Marine seems to have a thread that too coarse.

The one I have in there has the problem where the steel flex coil has separated from the faucet head fitting.

Does anyone know where to get the correct part?

This is a picture. Its messy in there right now while I try to fix this.
