After an on-going saga on my steering system which started with my Garmin Auto Pilot blowing its gaskets (over the years all the bolts holding the pump together loosened up) and culminated in having to replace both the autopilot pump and also the Helm (Ultraflex UP) which decided to start leaking after I got the Autopilot pump resolved!
Good news Garmin stepped up and overnighted to me a replacement Auto Pilot pump for $300 (I had to send them back the old one which they paid for also). Bad news the new helm was about $700. So I guess the combination equals one boat buck!
