We lost a seat too. The remaining seat seemed to fit both positions so I took it to a fabrication shop and got them to make me a couple of seat brackets out of aluminum to match. Then plywood to match, four screws, some good matching paint with some silica traction grit for outdoor stairs sprinkled on when wet. Perfect.
