Just uploaded photos to the Snug Tug photo album from our trip to Ottawa and Montreal from Ocean City, NJ. We went up the Hudson River, across the Erie Canal and Oswego Canal to Lake Ontario, crossed Lake Ontario to Kingston, Canada, then went through the Rideau Canal to Ottawa. Took the Ottawa River to Montreal, then the St. Lawrence to Sorel, the Richelieu River and Chambly Canal to Lake Champlain and finally the Champlain Canal and Hudson River again home.
Total miles: about 1400
Time: four and one-half weeks
OK, it's not exactly the Great Loop, but it was a big trip for us!
