RT 27 2016 Bow thruster not working

Hello. We have taken our boat out a couple of times including the trial with seller. This weekend, all of a sudden the bow thruster is not working. The stern thrusters are working. We are assuming a fuse? We can hear a "click" when we push the lever....we manually checked to make sure it was not stuck and it did turn. Any ideas? Thanks!
 
Very well could be a fuse. You have two ANL style fuses in the port hatch by the battery switches. I'd check there first.

My bow thruster (2018 RT29S) is not working either. Fuses are good. Switches are on. I have power to the motor, but just hear a faint click click when the joystick is activated.

Thoughts?
 
Thanks. the trouble shooting guide did the trick. It was a loose wire.....
 
We think it is a fuse, but cannot find the right ones. The side bolt attachments are too small to fit the bolts. We called west marine and it is a ANL fuse PN 5127-Blue Sea 150 A. It would not fit. The one we took off is tan plastic with a logo then 150 A then 157 at the top. Wish I could send a photo..... Any ideas where to get one. Amazon does not seem to have them either. Thank you!
 
Have you tried the parts department at Ranger Tugs?

If the amperage is correct, in the past I cut the slot on the fuse to make it fit.
 
Got them from Ranger Tug parts!!!! Yeah!!!! Thanks to all info!
