RT31 - Remove Pot Lights?

Hi there. We are enjoying our new to us 2015 RT31. We are working through lots of maintenance and operating issues.

Here's an issue that's getting closer to the top of the list: we have one of the pot lights in the head that flickers a bit. I am expecting that there's some corrosion in the connections, but I can't seem to figure out how to get the unit out of the fiberglass headliner.

Any suggestions?

The factory lights are press fit and have an expanding leaf spring to keep them in place. The lights pry out, but protect the fiberglass when you lever the lights out of the hole. My original lights were still working, but the lenses had cracked. I ordered replacements from ITC. This is a link to the lights I ordered:
