Rule or Johnson Pump Atf Bilge

My in a pinch replacement bilge pump that I needed while in the Bahamas. Well it now packed up. So which to buy the Rule 1000 I think or the Johnson 1100? Is fit an issue on a 2015 R29S?

Pretty sure both will fit back there. My 2015 R29CB has the Johnson 1000 and, as you will see from earlier discussions, I just replaced it. It is a very tight fit getting the bracket screwed down and then the pump and sensor to wedge in just right. And it is a royal pain because you have to basically stand on your head. But I am certain both will work given their sizes.

Hi Ethan. As Jeff stated that he replaced his with an SPX Johnson, we did as well, just this week. Our R29S is a 2019 but I would imagine it would be the same as yours. I bought a couple of 6”/8” extensions to attach the bit to so I would not have to get (physically) all the way into the bilge. I bought them at Harbor Freight. Call me if you have any questions.
