Okay, Solara, what the heck is up with this piddly excuse for a horn on the 310 SB? If I'm running in fog, I think I'd rather be run down by a container ship than hit the horn button. Seriously though, the emasculated little "meep" it produces is ridiculous. Does anyone have a workable replacement for this, yet? I get you were going for the sleekest look, but having family, friends and even on-lookers break out laughing in derision is not what I want to have happen.

Awe David you nail the horn impression. I’ve kinda thought about adding the double horn that all the Ranger Tugs have.
When we were on our Factory Desolation trip a few weeks back we were slow boating past a fisherman that was holding up his Salmon catch.
I called on channel 68 for our group to give the guy a proper celebration with their horns. I just couldn’t do it with my tiny beep.

Maybe all of us 310 owners should beep together at Roche in Sept and the factory crew will take notice and give us an upgrade.

That would be nice. I just wonder about amperage draw. How many amps does a meep require, anyway?

There is a replacement for a real signaling horn it’s in S250C forum. See install pics. That and many other silly issues resolved with the Solara. I suggest you delve into it.

They wouldn’t even notice the small amount of noise we would make!!!!
