Basic question- but I haven’t been able to find an answer, and it is difficult to trace the lines...

What do these two seacocks control? Are both for the fresh water intake?

 
First is the raw water cooling, it is shown as closed at the moment, must be open before starting engine, check the line from it and make sure it is not pinched under the cockpit floor.
Second one is for the black water holing tank macerator. It is shown as open that will allow sewage discharge is possible.
